How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed via our online shop or by giving us a call at 1 (800) 838-6468 or 1 (808) 769-3065. We accept all major credit cards. We will send you a confirmation that your order was received.
What do anthurium orders include?
The listed price includes anthuriums in a gift box, with greenery for arranging, and FedEx delivery within the U.S. (excluding Alaska). Blooms can be chosen as a mix of colors or all red for most orders. Flowers are not pre-arranged, but packed for optimal cushion for travel from the farm. Vase is not included, except with the "Floral Kit".
Where can you ship anthuriums?
We can ship anywhere in the U.S. Delivery to Canada and Alaska may have additional charges. Please call to place orders delivered to Alaska or Canada. If an order is placed with an incorrect address, there is a $10 charge. During the winter months, when delivering to cold climates, we have a $4 signature requirement so that boxes will not be left unattended at the door. Our Guarantee (see below) is void if that option is not used.
How long does shipping take?
We use FedEx 2-day deliver and ship orders out on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We try our best to fulfill orders within 24 hours. Most orders will take three to five days from the time the order is placed to delivery. If you have any questions about delivery or shipping, please give us a call at 1 (800) 838-6468.
Can a note to the recipient be included?
Yes, any order can include a personalized message to the recipient for whatever the occasion.

What is your Guarantee?
All of our orders are filled with freshly cut flowers which are wrapped individually and placed in a box with dry shredded paper. Greenery is included along with our information, instructions for care and your personal message to the recipient. A quality assurance statement provides our toll-free phone number, 1 (800) 838-6468, to allow recipients to notify us within 7 days of any problems, and damaged flowers will be replaced.
